With over 5 years inside corporate environments— spanning digital marketing, retention strategy, and full-stack development — I saw the same problem repeated everywhere: ambitious enterprises being held back by outdated software, siloed systems, and agencies that didn't speak both the language of business and technology.
I watched organisations with bold visions settle for mediocre tools. CRM platforms that couldn't scale. Websites that looked like 2015. Marketing teams running blind without real data. The gap between what was possible and what was being built was enormous.
